From the minute we walked in through the door and Susan met us, we were sold. Then when we met Ron it was just like meeting with family and friends.
I haven't been many places where you feel this way from the beginning to the end of the sale. We love our new RV it has everything we expected and more. The grandchildren love camping in our yard.
The personalized travel calender was just great. It was an unexpected surprise.
Burton and I want to just thank all of you for taking good care of us and helping us to choose the RV that was just right for us.

When we wrote last December how pleased we were with our 2008 Magellan Motorhome purchase and good service at Southaven RV Supercenter we never dreamed how these words would become so true. Since our purchase we have taken our RV in only two or three times for warranty work. The "service team" of Mark Coyne, John Henry Morris and Richard Wells have treated me and my wife as though we were the most important customers who have ever walked through the service department. I am told that they treat every single customer just like they treat me. I have six more months left on my warranty and these guys have everything on my list either repaired or replaced and in good working order. We are so impressed with their desire to make the customer happy on every visit.
We can't see how there could be a better service team than these guys at Southaven RV Supercenter. We are so pleased that we made the decision to drive 200 miles to buy our Motorhome from them. We send a warm "Thank You" to this very kind and professional group of guys.

"We looked all over central Mississippi for the perfect Class A Motorhome to fit our specific needs of which price, upgrades, and luxury were so important. The most important thing we looked at was professional customer service before and after the sale. We truly found all of these at Southaven RV Super center at the Pepper Chase location in Southaven, MS. Our salesman, Mr. Ray Adams was very kind and patient with us as we looked at unit after unit. He was very knowledgeable of his product and very professional in the way he presented each unit we looked at. Ray was truly looking out for our best interest during the entire sales process. When we made our decision to buy, price was the next hurdle. We feel confident that Mr. Mark Hixson gave us a very good price for both our 2008 Magellan 36Z and our trade-in as well. With deal done and papers signed, our unit went to the service department to be inspected and to repair those little things for immediate delivery. I was introduced to the Service Manager and the Shop Foreman and Mr. John Henry Morris. Never did it occur to us that this would be the beginning of true and sincere customer service after the sale. John Henry had his tech's start immediately on our unit to make sure that everything was just perfect. We have not encountered anyone as kind and professional as John Henry Morris. A couple of new parts had to be ordered and this delayed us in getting our RV immediately. When it was completed, John Henry delivered our new Magellan personally 200 miles away. John Henry and his team of tech's made sure that our high expectation of good customer service was surpassed and exceeded. Thank all of you guys. You have made these two customers very happy with our purchase from all aspects. We will never forget Southaven RV Super center on Pepper Chase in Southaven, MS ."

I want to say a very special thank you to the Southaven RV Super Center and, in particular, to your technician, Jason Malone. We arrived en route from Oklahoma to Daytona 500 race on 02-10-10 with a Renegade Motor Home that only had half if its outlets and a non-fuctioning inverter.
Jason very quickly diagnosed the issue, spoke directly with Renegade Motor Home, determined it was a warranty issue, made a temporary electrical bridge to allow all of our outlets to work while the port part needed was ordered and shipped directly to us at Daytona. Our total turnaround time at Southaven RV Super Center was a little under two hours, which was great for us, as we had a long trip and were on a deadline.
So again, my particular thanks to Jason Malone for his knowledge and expertise in quickly and correctly identifying the problem and getting us on our way. If you are ever passing through Enid, Oklahoma, give me a call and I'd be glad to treat you to dinner.
