We dropped in to Southaven on our trip to pick up something in the parts dept. Randy Brown greeted us at the front door; it was then that we realized this was the dealership that we intended to visit on our way back east to see the Airstreams. We found out they were also a Brinkley dealer and the fifth wheel quality and attention to detail was awesome. Randy is a treasure and a consummate salesperson and a caring and conscientious gentleman. He said a Brinkley was coming in that week and called first thing the next morning to say it was in. Totally unexpected on our vacation, we ended up trading in a Class A diesel pusher for a Brinkley Z3100 and nearby our Ford f150 for a F250 to haul it - all on our vacation! Randy even worked with us all day on moving in/out day, kept our dogs in his office and walked them! I wish there were more Randys for all of our interactions. Heartfelt thanks, Randy!

I can't say enough great things about Don Estep and the entire Southaven RV team. Recently purchased a 2023 Jayco Precept from them. Don was great to work with throughout the entire process. Love the 2021 camper we bought used. Love camping with it. Service was great. Dawn, I think that sold is the camper, was friendly and helpful. The only neg is that being used, it had a lot of equipment with it including locks with a key that was already rekeyed. We had to discover all this ourselves. I would suggest going over the camper and all equipment before the new owners leave to ensure they know all that they have.We will plan on returning for camper needs in the future.

Our first travel trailer (2023 Airstream Flying Cloud) and maybe the most enjoyable large purchase I have ever made. Morgan, in sales, is exceptionally knowledgeable, genuinely personable, and low pressure. Always returned calls and texts. He knows the Airstream in fine detail. The actual purchase/paper signing was very efficientalmost a non-event. After the purchase he and Eddie took us on a detailed walkthrough and patiently explained (and re-explained several times) all the things we needed to operate our RV including recommendations for some accessories. Jordan installed the hitch and showed us how to safely hook and unhook, how to use my truck brake controller, the camera system, etc.

We purchased our new Solitude in late July 2021 (2022 39RK Model) from Sales Rep Randy Brown. This is our third unit and our experience in purchasing from Southaven was quite pleasant, after several discouraging experiences with other local area dealers. During this past year we brought the unit in for warrantied maintenance, both from the initial purchase and later to the service department for some significant issues. Those issues included minor replacements to broken parts (window shade, drawer slides, entry door off center and locks, oven, vacuum hose attachment separating, control panel switches and closet door tracks). While this list seem significant, across the board each issue was relatively minor with exception to the operation of the oven, which was eventually worked out. Understanding the difficulty following COVID, the ability of businesses to hire qualified labor and supply chain issues, Southaven RV did a great job keeping us informed. We delivered the unit on 3 separate occasions and during the last two periods, which were extended we received exceptional communications with the Customer Service Liaison, Tori Sparks, Dan Martin (Service) and James (Parts). We were kept informed of supply chain delays and status of overall repairs/replacements on our unit, discussions on working through the oven operations and much more. Additional parts were ordered and shipped to us, enabling us to self install with the help of Service and Parts representatives, avoiding another trip to return the unit. This was especially helpful considering the cost of diesel fuel and the distance we have to travel to the dealership. Because of this communication we were able to maintain our patience during this time. The service, customer support and communications of Southaven RV and Marine is definitely 5-Star. My husband and I want to share how Incredible Eddie Adams JR. our first impression of his knowledge and kindness was great our first trip into the Store. Him and his dad helped us get everything we needed to be ready! Then 4/17/21 was pick up day, it was a Saturday, they were busy, and I gathered they pulled Eddie from the store to help with walk around s and tours of peoples RVs. He was exhausted, he was so patient with us and our questions, shared his knowledge with us and did a great job! BUT he was told by the sales man to take care of the hitch ! This is a difficult task, he had to make 3 or more trips for tools. He doesnt get the pay of a technician or sales. But he worked hard, with our safety in mind! He smiled and laughed, at the end of a very busy day!! Eddie Jr needs to be Recognized for his 5 star customer service!! This young man, made our experience to be a positive one! As I was frustrated they got Eddies to complete the Buying experience for us!!

My wife and I were in the market for a RV. We are new to this and have very little knowledge. I had the pleasure of meeting Derek Reyes. He walked me through finding the perfect RV for our family. We were not completely ready to purchase. Moving forward a month and we are ready to buy. I call Derek up and ask about the travel trailer we had picked. Unfortunately both units had been sold and were not able to get any for a while due to COVID-19. I purchased my very first RV quite a while ago from Derek Reyes. I have since purchased a different one from a different dealer out of town. All the while i have stayed in touch with Derek. I recently purchased a Motor home with Southaven RV. This is the 3rd purchase I have made here. The sales staff is always very helpful and friendly . They have always done what they have promised and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I often tell others about them and the people I have sent over have been happy also. Southaven RV always has a wide variety of RVs to choose from and in my case they will go out and find the one you want if they do not have it .My salesman Terry Fox did this for me and worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the Motor home I purchased. They do a great Job and are honest people you can trust for any of your RV or boat purchases.

My wife and I just visited their showroom yesterday to see their airstream inventory. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made us feel at home and gave us plenty of space so that we didn't feel pressured. It was so nice to be able to view all of the trailers with the comfort of being inside and not having to fight the crowds that you would normally get at an RV show. This was definitely a five-star experience!

We bought our first RV from Randy Brown a little

over a year ago. I'm a little on the picky side and he was so patient and helpful. The experience was wonderful, so wonderful that we decided to upgrade to a 5th wheel 6 months later. We called him up and bought another one! Fast forward 6 months more and we were about to be flooded at our lot. I couldn't for the life of me get the jacks up. I frantically called him and he had DaviD in service call me right back. It was a simple issue and we were able to get out before the water.

We won't buy from anyone but him, he isn't like a salesman, he is more of a helpful friend who really wants you to be happy and knowledgeable about your RV. WE LOVE DOWNTOWN RANDY BROWN!

Our thanks go out to the Southaven RV Service Dept. The Saturday after Thanksgiving we were ready to leave EZ Days RV Park and one of our Jack's would not retract on our 40 foot motorhome. Tried everything to know avail so went up to Southaven RV next door, a very polite blonde woman asked if she could help us and immediately got a tech to follow me back to the park. Tim was able to at least manually retract the jack so we could get on our way. I followed him back to the dealership so I could square up with them for the service call and the woman was very courteous and said do not worry about it it's taken care of by us. Now that is awesome service all the way around and we would really like to thank Southaven RV for what they did. Certainly a dealership one should consider for an RV purchase or service

These guys are AWESOME! I was travelling nearby on my way to Florida when my inverter got fried. They took me in right away, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it (replaced the inverter). Great customer service from the service writer (Ken), technician (Mike), and the GM (David Floyd). Kudos to all. If I had any issues and lived in the vicinity, Southaven RV would be my top choice! I would not hesitate to come back anytime.

My wife and I recently bought a fifth wheel camper here and had a great experience. Our salesman, Matt Robinson, was great. We had a very bad experience at a competitor the previous weekend, there is a public post that I made if anyone cares to check it out, so we were a bit anxious about starting the buying process over. We had inquired about a unit online and when they called back, I had a list of three different salesmen and I requested to speak to one of those three. I was told that call backs were taken in order and I would speak to the next available person, this happened to be Matt, which turned out to be awesome. We had already picked out two units that we wanted to see to make a final decision. Matt was really great about touring them and leaving us alone to talk and go through them by ourselves, he isn't pushy at all, he wanted us to take our time and make an informed decision on our own. We made up our mind and started the paperwork. Due to our work schedules, we couldn't get back down until the following Saturday for pick up and a final walk-through. We get there and Matt hangs out with us until our time comes. I am extremely nervous about hauling this thing, it's 36, I've been pulling a 20 travel trailer, so this is new to me. The tech goes over everything, sets up my brake controller for me and off we go. We make it home in one piece and Matt calls me later that night to make sure we made it home safely and to thank us again for our purchase. We should have never went elsewhere to begin with, Southaven RV should've been the first stop. So, if you're in the market for a camper or boat, this is the place to go. They make you feel at home and don't pressure you into something you don't want. Ask for Matt, I hope you get as lucky as we did.

We purchased our first ever 5th wheel from Southaven RV after searching for almost 12 months for just the right one for us. Donnie Estep was the awesome salesman/friend who helped us find our perfect one, a 2017 VanLeigh Vilano 325RL. We cannot thank him enough for his patience all those months as we kept coming back almost every week to take a look "just one more time!" Had issues with my back-up/side camera. On Tuesday, had a mobile tech (The RV Man Repair - who I'd also recommend) take a look while staying in West Memphis who determined it was beyond a mobile fix. He called and got me in with Mike Murphy (as soon as I could get there) who determined that my video feed cable had been drilled into by a recent solar install. Mark Atwood, Service Advisor got on the phone and got the cable needed ordered. They had return Thursday at 8:00 and got my camera system going again. They were very conscious about getting be back on the road to continue my trip uninterrupted. Can't give enough thanks, Guys!

I want to share our purchase and service experience. We purchased a Newmar Ventana in November. Randy Brown was very patient with us as we are new to the RV world. He took the time to show us the ropes and the many options to explore and we never felt pressured in the least. He was there to ensure we were well informed of the many RV options and lifestyles. Randy is awesome (and very good and accommodating with our two kids)! Upon the walk around inspection at purchase, Southaven RV pointed out a windshield chip that had occurred upon delivery. They had already ordered the replacement and advised the warranty replacement would be performed at our convenience. They went to lengths to fill the chip so we could take our previously planned Thanksgiving maiden voyage. The mechanic assigned to our walk thru was excellent and took all the time needed to ensure we gained thorough knowledge of our coach before departure. Once winter hit, we received a recall on our coach so we made the call to get the recall and windshield done. I almost fell out of my chair when Mark Atwood contact ME to schedule the work most accommodating for my schedule. The mechanics did a phenomenal job on the windshield as it looks to be a beast of a job. They were on time and communicated the whole week our coach was in shop. They even worked with a local trailer hitch company to setup a time for us to mate up our vehicle we had just modified to dinghy tow. Having dealt with another local dealer in the past, I was truly dreading dealing with any service on the RV. Southaven RV went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service for both our purchase and service experience. They truly value the customer relationship!
